About Lhamo

Hi, my name is Lhamo, and I am a nanny with over 25 years of experience, especially providing care for infants and toddlers, with many references available. I've raised three kids on my own: ages 28 an NYU Grad, 22 graduating from the U. S. Naval Academy, and a senior in high school. When working with kids, I love taking them outside to the park and staying active, providing fun activities for them to explore. Though, my specialty is now more focused in the cognitive development of young children, ranging from developing social skills to language learning Mandarin Chinese. In addition, I am also able to help with light cleaning and folding laundry. On top of nurturing the growth and fostering close relationships with the kids I work with, I also love to help young and coming parents by sharing my personal experiences, creating a more effective and close team. This has all been the most enjoyable part of my journey and why I continue doing what I do as a caretaker.
