I'd describe my personality as friendly, caring and kind. I like working with kids because there is so much to learn from little ones. They never fail to make you smile, laugh and cry! Seeing them grow and learn about themselves and the world bring me so much joy. I'm looking for a job that is open to building a strong relationship with clear communication. Consistency as well as understanding when it comes to the balance of work life and personal life is very important. I started working with kids when I was 15. Beginning with babysitting for family members and friends. These early babysitting jobs lead me to seek nanny positions. Taking a break from private nannying, I moved into center based care. Taking a job as an Assistant Infant Teacher for just over a year and a half. In my spare time, I like to be at home and with family. I'm not a huge fan of the winter weather, however in the summer months I enjoy being outdoors swimming in lakes and eager to get back into hiking.
