Lexi watched our three children (7, 10, & 11 years old) after school five days a week last year. She was always on time and very communicative about changes to her schedule on the rare occasion that she needed them. Lexi is so wonderful with kids. She built bonds with our kids quickly, including our very high energy first grader. She stayed engaged with the kids while on the job, had them outside playing whenever the weather was good, and was great at ensuring the kids did any assigned chores or homework before we came home. She even helped our son paint his pinewood derby car (and he won a creative design award!) & helped our daughter make play casts for her arms and legs when she wanted them for a make-believe game. ☺️ If you have the opportunity to hire Lexi, do it. Your kids will thank you!
