About Lexi

Hi, I'm Lexi! I graduated from the Ohio State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have 2 years of educational experience, working in the classroom as a substitute teacher (K-12, mainly 5-9) & outside the classroom as a tutor (K, 4, 7). I have about 7-8 years of experience as a child care provider, and have always loved working with children. My goal is to help your child succeed in & out of the classroom. In tutoring, I focus not only on curriculum, but organizational, note taking, & study skills too. I'm a very caring & patient instructor who will give your child the space to think critically & independently. Preferred Subjects: -Math: grades 5-9, pre-algebra, algebra 1 & 2 -Science: grades 4-12, biology, chemistry, intro college biology & chemistry -Statistics: high school/college level research methods, data analysis, and statistical methods
