About Lexi

Hi! I'm Lexi, a psychology graduate with several years of childcare and caregiving experience. I began babysitting when I was younger, babysat regularly for about two years while home during COVID, and nannied for a family for a year and a half during my junior and senior years of college. I also have experience working one-on-one with an adult with autism, supporting daily activities, communication, routines, and independence. Most recently, I worked as a Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness in Utah before moving back home to Ohio. I'm planning to pursue my Master of Social Work with a focus on mental and behavioral health. I'm active, patient, dependable, and love keeping kids engaged through activities, outdoor time, and play. I value creating a safe, positive environment and being someone both children and parents can trust.
