About Letira

Hi! My name is Letira, and caring for children has been one of the most meaningful parts of my career. I have over 10 yrs of experience working with children from as young as 3 months through 8 yrs old in both classroom and private caregiving settings. My background includes working as both an assistant and lead nusery/preschool teacher, where I focused on age-appropriate learning, child development, social-emotional growth, and creating safe, nurturing environments. I bring those same skills into every family's home, blending engaging play, learning opportunities, and dependable care that is tailored to each child's unique personality and developmental stage. I've cared for families with multiple children, so I'm comfortable balancing different routines, developmental needs, and personalities at the same time. Whether it's supporting a baby's routine, planning creative activities, or helping with homework, my goal is always to help children feel safe, seen, and encouraged to grow.
