About Lesly
Experience: 10 yrs
I have more than 10 years of experience working with kids, 5 of them in the US. I can work with all ages, but I have specialized in caring for toddlers and babies. As a caregiver, I like to allow children to explore the world around them while creating an environment of safety, tranquility, and creativity. My childcare is focused on positive discipline, which helps children understand their emotions and shape their behavior in a respectful and supportive way.
