My caregiving experience is still fresh and I worked at a nursing home for a year and cared for people with dementia and alzheimer's and people in wheelchairs. Skills I learned were transferring one to the bed , toilet and chair/shower chair. Im able to freshen up patient while in bed and give showers. The Job I worked in was more of a no certification job but im glad I was able to learn so much and picked up a lot of skills that can help me a lot just in case in the future especially for private caregiving.
