* I maintain a therapeutic professional relationship focused on my client. I provide each client with companion care to give them social engagement with comfort and dignity that's intended to help them live meaningful lives that matter to others and themselves, actively pursuing fulfilling goals. * I also provide personal care for bathing and personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, walking, skin care, transfers (seat to seat, sitting to ambulation, etc.), safety supervision (especially for fall risks or difficulty with swallowing, etc.), standby assistance, hands-on assistance and support using a gait belt (when the client has one available). I encourage each person's independence and help them maintain self-care skills. I am focused on ensuring client safety and improving client health. * I do light housework, meal planning, shopping, cooking, dishes, laundry, pet care, errands, and transportation to stores/appointments via driving.
