About Leslie

Greetings! I am passionate about teaching art to students of all ages. I have a bachelor's degree in fine arts and have been creating art since my college days. With over 12 years of art tutoring experience, I have taught a variety of techniques using different mediums such as oil, acrylic, watercolor, and much more. As a knowledgeable and approachable art teacher, I aim to inspire creativity in my students while teaching them the skills that are essential for producing their own works of art. I am methodical in my approach to teaching and provide helpful suggestions to my students while offering constructive criticism to help them grow as artists and individuals. I have experience working with students who have processing disorders, ADD, and ADHD. Additionally, I have therapeutic art experience, which has enabled me to help students cope with different challenges using art as a form of healing.
