I very strongly recommend Leslie and want to express how qualified and experienced Leslie is in her work as a nanny and childcare provider. Leslie worked with our daughter who is now 17 months old and cared for her on a full-time basis. Leslie is very knowledgeable about child development and puts an immense amount of love and care into her work each day. Our daughter was not only well cared for each day, but we saw an incredible amount of growth and development while she was in Leslie’s care. Leslie is very attentive and warm. She helped lay a strong foundation for our daughter in her Spanish language development and put her on the path towards becoming bilingual - something we care deeply about. Leslie took our daughter on daily walks or park trips, read and sang to her constantly, and was a great communicator about how our daughter’s day went each day. In addition to the exceptional care of our daughter, Leslie also left our house very tidy each day and thoroughly cleaned our daughter’s room and belongings on a weekly basis. Our daughter loves Leslie and we plan to stay in touch for many years to come.
