I spent 2020 living with my best friend and her 83-year-old Mother Rose. She was a nurse her whole life until she retired and ultimately got dementia. She had to be feed, put to bed, bathed, read to, and changed. I had first hand experience of what end of life looks like and how important it is to have loved ones who care or can provide care. Ultimately Rose died in 2021. I learned a great deal about how vulnerable we all are at the end .

Leslie provided outstanding companion care for my 85 year old mother in our home. Leslie fully engaged with my mother. Leslie is completely present and attentive. My mother and I truly appreciated Leslie’s ability to engage in meaningful conversation and the way she motivated mom to get outside and walk. Leslie raised the quality of life for my mother (and me through peace of mind!) while we were in Chicago! I can’t thank her enough!
