About Leslie
Experience: 4 yrs
Hi! My name is Leslie. I currently work as a nanny for a 4-year-old and have previous experience caring for babies, toddlers, and teenagers. I also have a college degree in Education. My responsibilities include childcare, preparing meals, planning activities, transportation to and from school and activities, and helping with daily routines. I'm currently looking for a part-time position, preferably in the late afternoons/evenings or on weekends, since I work during the day. I have my own reliable transportation, I'm CPR certified, and I'm comfortable with pets. I'd love to connect with a family who needs some extra childcare support!

Leslie is an absolute gem! Finding a sitter for the first time can be nerve-wracking, but she put our minds completely at ease right from the start. She was wonderfully friendly, warm, and patient with our 9 and 11-year-olds. Our oldest is on the spectrum, and when I gave Leslie a heads-up that she can sometimes be quiet or hesitant to interact, Leslie completely embraced it. Afterward, she happily told us how much our oldest ended up talking and playing with both her and her younger sibling! She was also fantastic with our dog, Chaise, which meant the world to us. When unexpected weather extended our time away, Leslie was incredibly accommodating and completely fine with running a bit later, handling the change with total grace and ease. My 9-year-old gives her a solid 5 stars—and so do we! We’ve truly found a wonderful caregiver in Leslie, and we are so grateful for her compassion and flexibility. We will definitely be booking her again!
