About Leslie

Hi, my name is Leslie, but I go by Valerie! I've grown up around animals, from family dogs and cats to farm animals. I truly love giving every animal in my care plenty of attention, affection, and fun. My experience includes caring for family pets, working as a nanny in homes with animals, housesitting/petsitting, and volunteering at a nonprofit animal sanctuary, giving me hands-on experience with different personalities and needs. Pets are a big part of my daily life. My routine includes walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, and (of course) treats! I make sure my furry friends stay on their normal schedules, have clean and comfortable spaces, and feel safe and happy. I'm attentive and always prioritize each animal's safety, comfort, and well-being. I take the time to understand every pet's unique personality so they receive the loving care they deserve. I'm passionate about animals and would love the opportunity to care for yours!
