Hi my name is Lesley , a happily married mom of 5 older boys . I have lived in Arundel my entire life , I have worn many different hats in this field from manager to hands on care . I was a trainer with the Alzheimer association. I have left the office and back to what I love. Below are just afew of my skills. Making a positive impact on people's lives is why I became a caregiver. With 25 years of experience, I'm a Certified Home Health Aide, trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care. I'm also experienced in hospice, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through daily reports and regular phone updates. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I would love to use my skills to help your loved ones.
