I love working with any age children. I have had many years if experience with my own children as well as nannying for others. I have worked as a Resident Advisor at a transitional home for young girls and as a Cottage Parent at a foster care home. I think working with children is a complete blessing from watching them learn simple task to taking a fist step to watching them find their personalities. I have always felt communication is so important with the parents and I feel that relationship is important as well.

We interviewed Lesley, who goes by Renee. We scheduled to meet up to see if she would be a good fit. On the day she was scheduled to meet, she never showed. I called and texted several times, but she never picked up the phone or answered my texts. Not dependable at all. I would not try hiring her because this seems to be a problem with her.
