About Lesley
Experience: 8 yrs
Hi! I'm Lesley, a youth program professional with several years of experience supporting children and families. I previously worked as an ESL Paraeducator, helping students with English, math, history, and science, and spent four years as a Children's Program Coordinator at the Danbury Public Library creating and leading educational programs for children of different ages. I'm patient, encouraging, and enjoy helping students build confidence while adapting to their individual learning style. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and am especially comfortable working with elementary and middle school students, including English language learners. I can help with homework, reading, writing, English/ESL, social studies, basic math, study skills, and academic confidence.
