I am pleased to provide this recommendation on behalf of Leshaya who is seeking employment. My daughter has been under the direct care of her since December, 2014 at anursery in the infant room, wherein she is a full time teacher and childcare provider. She has been an exceptional teacher and childcare provider as she is truly invested in the physical development, emotional growth and overall well-being of the children under her supervision. She provides a safe, loving and stimulating environment in which babies are able to easily transition from the care of a parent into a daycare setting. This has been especially important to me as a parent, knowing that my daughter is under the care of someone who truly cares about her and is able to clearly communicate any needs or make suggestions to parents in order to help children have the best possible experience at daycare. Furthermore, she has been able to establish an excellent rapport not only with the infants and their parents but with her colleagues as I can attest to her ability to work well within a team and she has excellent multi-tasking skills. She has proven herself to be a leader and her dedication to child development is further exemplified by her current pursuit of a Master s degree in Education. I believe she would be a great asset to any agency and I would highly recommend her for a position with your organization.
