Hi, my name is Lesandra! I have over 5 years of experience working with children ranging from infants to preschool-aged children, including my current role as a Lead Teacher in a childcare setting. I'm Hispanic, speak fluent English, and conversational Spanish. I love building both physical and emotional connections with the children I care for, creating an environment where they feel safe, nurtured, and excited to learn. Watching children grow, reach milestones, and develop their own unique personalities. I also hold a college certificate in Medical Assisting, giving me added knowledge in health and safety. I'm reliable, patient, and passionate about helping children grow-and I look forward to supporting a family who values communication and care!
