About Lequilla

For over a decade, I've had the honor of caring for and guiding children through some of their most formative years. Families value me for my warmth, patience, dependability, and natural ability to truly see children; not just supervise them. With Early Childhood Credentials I & II, Conscious Discipline trained, CPR/First Aid and SIDS certification, and experience as a Lead Teacher in childcare centers, I combine professional training with instinct and heart. I also hold an Associate degree in Business Administration and am currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Behavioral and Social Sciences to deepen my understanding of child development and family systems. On October 24, 2023, I became a mom and that role has expanded my compassion and strengthened my commitment to helping children thrive emotionally, mentally, and physically.
