I interviewed Lenore for a job - she seemed great, her references (aside from the one on care.com) were great. I figured it was far enough in the past that maybe it was a one off. She was meant to drive my son to school everyday... The day she was supposed to show up, she did not. She did not respond to texts or messages and never even reached out to me. So she was hired and she was fired. Do not hire this woman unless you don't care if she doesn't show up.
