Lena is currently our child's nanny and upon hearing about the recent review given regarding Lena's response time, I felt it was my duty to leave an honest review. Lena has been nothing short of fantastic and has been a reliable and wonderful presence in our lives. Our daughter adores her, as do we. She has been accommodating, highly responsive and happy to help whenever we need additional childcare outside regular hours. Her dedication to the children she cares for goes beyond the scope of a typical nanny, which is the very reason why she feels much more like family to us.
