About Lena

I was quite lucky with babysitters from the beginning, but I should say Lena exceeded my expectations. First of all you can't beat many years of experience of working with small children and it shows how professional and knowledge she is about children's needs. Second of all, she is mother herself so she's been through all the stages of raising a child and her advises are gold. Third, she is a great psychologist and can be just as sticked with the toddler (speaking about mine) as necessary getting back nothing but respect from the child. My girl can't wait for Lena to come over and always stares at the window and waves when Lena leaves. I think this along could be great feedback on how good of a NANNY Lena is. On top of all this I'd add that Lena is a very punctual person with a flexible schedule which helps me a lot with the last-minute errands. I could keep writing about how lucky we got hiring her, but I guess all this summed it up pretty well.
