About Lena

I am a responsible and warm childcare provider with 4 years of experience working with children in camps, schools, community programs, and family homes. I have a strong background supervising groups of 15 to 25 children as a camp counselor, leading activities and keeping kids safe. Through the PALS mentorship program, I worked weekly with a kindergartener, a 4th grader, and an 8th grader, supporting them with behavior, academics, and confidence. I also have hands on experience babysitting 1 to 3 children at a time, handling meals, bedtime routines, homework, and fun activities while keeping the environment calm and structured.
