Lena started babysitting for me several years ago when she was a freshman in high school. It was the time when my daughters were 8, 6 and 8 months old. Lena came prepared to entertain and engage my girls and they loved her. As they grew older, she continued to adapt her activities that she created for them to mirror their interests - from make-overs to crafts to playing soccer. I did not worry when my children were in her care - she communicated with my issues or questions and my girls not only loved her but respected her. She went above and beyond, often remembering them at holidays with little gifts. Although she is off to college now and my girls are now 13, 10 and 5, They still ask about her and as my 13 year old began to be a mother's helper, she tried to emulate what Lena did when she started babysitting. She is a great young woman who I strongly reccommend.
