About Lemma

As a caregiver, my passion is fostering children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. I have two years of experience as a childcare provider, and I'm certified in Early Childhood Education (ECE). I have a natural ability to connect with children, and I create a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor. I communicate openly with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise, following their preferred communication method. I also believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for one child between the ages of 4 and 11. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I speak English and Russian, and I'm a non-smoker.
