I'd describe my personality as resilient, caring, and understanding I like working with kids because it is very easy for me to communicate with them and keep them engaged. I love seeing children grow and develop personalities/discover their skills and weaknesses even at an early age! I'm looking for a job that pertains to all my skills as a babysitter I started working with kids when I was about 16. I am 19 now.
