About Leila

With 15+ years of experience as a nanny, babysitter, tutor, homeschool educator, and creative mentor, I bring a well-rounded approach to childcare. I'm college-educated, highly organized, and deeply committed to conscious communication and holistic development. My background spans the arts, experiential education, nature exploration, and community resilience, with a personal dedication to sustainable, organic living. While experienced with children of all ages, I particularly enjoy the elementary and middle school years. I'm a patient, attentive, and imaginative caregiver who prioritizes meaningful connection, emotional security, and enriching experiences. I strive to be more than a caretaker, serving as a trusted role model, creative collaborator, and enthusiastic guide. I'm seeking a consistent position with a family whose values align with mine. I'd love to connect and share more about my experience and approach!
