I'd describe myself as empathetic, patient and dependable! I like working with kids because they are honest, imaginative, and unique! It is fulfilling to watch them grow with each moment! I'm looking for a job that is meaningful, allows me to make a positive difference, and genuinely help others. I enjoy an environment that challenges me to grow and see value in other's perspectives. I started working with kids 10 years ago as a babysitter for friends and family. During college I was an advocate for those who had undergone trauma. Unfortunately this included children at times. Recently, I was a registered behavior technician for children with autism. In my spare time, I like to hangout with my s/o and dog! I enjoy getting outside, video games, reading a good book, and of course streaming shows. One thing you should know about me is that I value a positive, mutually respectful environment and always do my best! My skills include active listening, awareness, and compassion.
