Hi my name is Leila and I am a spouse of a retired Air Force officer. I am a caring, thoughtful and nurturing childcare provider with 20 years of experience. I have worked in multiple childcare facilities and have ran a successful childcare business from my home for over 10 years. I am also willing to work as an in-home nanny and will brings my skills with crafts and experience with children's games to ensure they have a fun, safe and loving experience while under my care. I also have experience with newborns and adore providing them the attention and care they deserve.

Leila was our nanny for our 6-month-old daughter. Leila is incredibly patient and hardworking and will take the time to meet all your child's needs. She is a natural care giver and is simply a pro at caring for young infants.  Leila easily gave us peace of mind that our daughter was safe and well looked after. She has an incredible work ethic - every day going over and beyond.  In addition to basic baby care, she helped introduce solids and establish a routine / sleep schedule that worked for our daughter.  My daughter instantly fell in love with her. We were only able to have her for one month before starting daycare, but she very graciously helped us out for this month anyway and we are so grateful for it. She has made a lasting impact on our family.

We hired Leila to watch our 8 month old son while my mom was out of town (his usual nanny during the day). I am a first time mom and was nervous to hire someone, but Leila made the whole process so comfortable. She was early each day and sent us lots of pictures and updates of how his day was going. E usually has stranger anxiety, but he seemed comfortable with her right away! I thought I'd be a nervous wreck at work but I knew my son was in good hands right from the beginning. I would definitely hire her again!

Leila has become part of the family over the past 4 months. She started watching my daughter when she was a newborn and unfortunately our family has to move unexpectedly so we can no longer work with Leila. We wish we could continue working with Leila, she has been an absolute joy to have. She not only is a wonderful caregiver, but she also helps us so much around the house. She is always keeping busy and finding some way to help us out. Leila will treat your child like it is your own and I've seen first hand how great of a mother she is to her own three children. You'd be lucky to have Leila as your nanny!

Leila was our babysitter for our first child from the time she was 12 weeks old until she was 2 and a half. We trusted Leila with our entire life and she did not disappoint. Our daughter loved going to Leila's. She treats all the children in her care as if they are her own. Leila loves the children and cares for them deeply. She attended all birthday parties for my child and was active in her life. Leila helped my daughter grow in several ways. Leila also became a close family friend and helped out my family in many ways. She took on early hours and some late nights. I can not express my thankfulness for her as she did so much for our family. I definitely would recommend her for anyone!

Leila is wonderful and we are very happy with her. She has been with us for about 2 months now and she is great with our 2 year old. She is very patient and friendly and active with him. It shows that she is experienced with children. He has started eating better since Leila started with us.

Leila has gone above and beyond for my two boys beginning from the 1st day they each arrived at 12 weeks old until now when they are 3 and 4 years old. Leila treats all of the children and the parents like they are her own family. I have  watched my boys blossom emotionally, physically, and educationally all because Leila takes the time to ensure each and every kid is being cared for in the exact way they need. I could not have asked for a better person to help raise my boys, and they will never forget her.

Leila has been such a huge influence on our 4 year old daughter. Our daughter is more social, talks more,  and eats more. She's been nothing but a good influence on not only our child but the other children as well. They all get along so well with each other. We have been so lucky to meet her and her interact with us and our daughter.  If I could give more stars, I definitely would!!!

Leila has taken Care of our 6yo daughter and 3yo son since they were both 6 weeks old. For 5 years, Leila has been dependable, flexible, loving and incredibly patient with our family. She loves our children like her own and our children are happy and well-cared for with her. Leila has created a safe, calm and caring environment in which our children have grown socially and emotionally. We will never find a babysitter better than our sweet Leila!

Leila has been our caregiver for almost two years now. She loves our children as her very own and we never have to worry when we go to work. My kids, who are almost one and four, go to her with open arms. That means the world to me! Leila is fantastic.

Leila currently watches my 17 month old and we couldn't be happier! We're new to the area and I was very scared to leave her with just anyone. I've had zero worries about leaving my daughter with Leila! My daughter really enjoys going over there!

Leila is an excellent child care provider. She has watched our daughter several times and it has always been a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. We've used her last minute and she has always been very flexible with scheduling. She is very interactive with our daughter and always provides a very clean and safe environment. We would definitely recommend Leila to anybody that is seeking a responsible, caring and attentive child care provider.

Leila is wonderful with my kids. My 7 year old daughter loves going to see her. My son, who is 3, calls her Aunt Leila! She is very flexible and works around whatever I ever needed. I mostly used her for drop in day care and she was always available, short notice too!
Unfortunately, I am moving out of the area or I would still be using her whenever I needed someone to watch my kids. She is great!

Leila is an amazing child care provider! She babysat my son from the age of 12 to 20 months old and he absolutely adores her. She greets each child with a smile and a hug in the morning. Her home is always clean, tidy and safe for the children she watches. Leila is loving and kind and at the same time expects the children to behave and follow certain rules (she has age-appropriate expectations for following rules!). We loved that she was helping raise our son much the same way we would raise him. The other children currently in her care are very well behaved and she always found the time to give us detailed updates of how our son's day went. She genuinely cares very much for the children she watches. The reason we switched our son's daycare provider is because we needed a place that was available every day except major holidays and Leila, understandably, occasionally wanted a few extra vacation days to spend with her own family :) She is otherwise very flexible and at times has gone above and beyond for our family.

Leila is genuinely understanding and personable. She is very hospitable and flexible! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who will definitely be available to them. My son always has a very good time with Leila and her family. You can tell she really enjoys family and children. I still am using Leila for my son's sitting needs in fact she recently has become my regular sitter!
