About Leigh

Hi! My name is Leigh Ann. I am available approx 20 hrs/week for assistance with a variety of types of care from personal care/light housekeeping/meal prep/errands etc to paramedical care and protective supervision. I started caring for seniors when my diabetic MIL needed assistance to stay in her home. I have extensive experience in mobility issues/using a hoyer lift, diabetic and lymphedema care. I was trained by the Wound Care and Occupational Therapy teams at USC Keck to manage her complicated leg wounds and lymphedema wraps. I have also cared for my father who had severe cognitive disabilities so I am familiar with dementia care. I am in the process of becoming a certified IHSS provider. That should be approved by the end of April '24. I'd love to see if I am a good fit to help your loved one :)
