Leicy came to us for a part-time nanny position and I am honestly obsessed with her. She started helping with my daughter when she was 10 months old and going through severe separation anxiety, and handled it with so much patience, warmth, and positivity! Even with me working from home and my daughter only wanting me at times, Leicy always jumped right in — singing, playing, distracting, and making every situation easier. Over time, my daughter completely warmed up to her and now absolutely loves her. She has even been able to put her down for naps (which most people can’t do!). She’s reliable, kind, proactive, and always willing to help however she can. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her!
