We had the incredible privilege of having Leia as our nanny and our children's beloved "Auntie Leia" for the past four years. There truly aren't enough words to describe the impact she has had on our children and our family. Leia is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated caregivers we've ever met. Her understanding of child development is exceptional, and she has an incredible ability to meet children where they are while helping them learn, grow, and thrive. Every day was filled with thoughtful activities, creative art projects, crafts, outdoor adventures, and opportunities for imaginative play that supported our children's development in meaningful ways. Beyond her experience and expertise, Leia brings a calm, nurturing, and loving presence into every room. She has an amazing way of making children feel safe, seen, and encouraged to be themselves. She is endlessly patient, kind, and genuinely invested in helping children build confidence, curiosity, and independence. One thing that always stood out to us was how present she was.
