About Leianne
Empty nesting is overrated. I miss my kids. I was a fun mom, did carpool, practice, games. My now 22 yr old son & 24 yr old daughter rode horses, played baseball, softball, lacrosse, golf. I love kids, even teens. I love to cook & get dirty w/ kids. I'm a skier-love the outdoors. I have a Bernese Mountain Dog. I love animals. I'm an OCD housecleaner one of 8 kids. We had to clean up after ourselves. I teach kids the same. Everything is a "learning experience" from washing laundry to washing a car. Kids love to help. I nannied this summer for a family vacationing in Waldoboro. I cared for their 1 yr and 4 1/2-year-old. I call myself the "Freelance Nanny". I nanny for folks in town for weddings, events, work. I care for kids at Airbnbs/hotels. I bring toys, musical instruments, sports equipment (frisbees, badminton, etc). I'd love to work for a family who want a work-life-kid balance and assist with child care when you need to be away. I'm available for one time and over nights.

Leianne is a unicorn nanny that you would be lucky to hire. She watched our two girls for a month, and they've grown so attached to her. Leianne has boundless energy, creative ideas, and a great sense of humor. As a mom herself, she's incredibly responsible and I trusted her to drive my kids to swim class, playground, and the library. Every day, she planned a creative activity at home (baking, crafts) and brought her own supplies, as well as an outdoor adventure. My older daughter can be wary of new nannies, but Leianne knew how to get her to warm up to her, and now she is completely obsessed with Leianne. We wish we could pack her up to take home with us!
