About Lehua

Hi! My name is Lehua. I'm 19 years old and I was born on Maui. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach/lake, shopping with friends, and riding dirt bikes. I am also a skilled swimmer, enjoy outdoor activities, and love animals. The past few years I've reached to nurture children's development through childcare. My passion for children and helping families inspires me to do childcare whenever I can. I've had the opportunity of working with various age groups, from toddlers to preteens. I believe in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. I use both patience and creativity to engage children in age-appropriate activities that can encourage learning, problem solving, and imagination. I'm very flexible and a firm believer in open and strong communication. I work closely with parents to ensure their children receive the best possible care. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring I can confidently handle any emergencies.
