About Leesi

Hello, my name is Leesi. I'm 22 years old and I'm currently a graduate student studying anthropology and history! I have experience caring for most age groups but I have most experience with children around 5-8. I currently have a bachelors in sociology with a focus on childhood development in my coursework. And my research in graduate school also aligns with children's development. I enjoy baking, cooking (my mother owns a restaurant that I've worked at), and I'm very big on reading (especially for kids!). When it comes to caring for kids, I believe in making sure they're routine-focused because I understand how important consistency is. I like to engage directly with children and will play with them, I also know when it's learning time and when to be firm.
