About Aleah

My name is Lee! I use they/them pronouns and have a passion for working with children. I just graduated with my associate's degree form Chatt State, and hope to become a drama teacher. I currently work at a summer academy, and have experience in teaching phonics, reading, and writing. my three most importance principles when communicating with children are honesty, trust, and respect. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, practical, and hardworking. I like working with kids because they constantly surprise me! I find that a good philosophy for children is to treat them like adults, but not expecting them to act as such. A lot of kids I meet succeed my expectations!
