I am a 63-year-old registered nurse who currently works part time doing home health I am very familiar with Caring For The elderly in the home. I am also a Functional Medicine health coach and well educated in supplements and healthy eating and stress management I have also done courses in reflexology and deep breathing exercises and meditation! I would be comfortable doing light foot massage or hand massage. Basic strengthening exercises and some minor stretching . I love to help the elderly remain in the home in the best health that they can be in and educate family about healthy lifestyle's eating and supplements .
