With over 12 years of experience in healthcare, I am a compassionate and dedicated professional committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. My background includes more than six years specializing in dementia and memory care, where I have developed extensive experience supporting individuals with cognitive impairments while fostering dignity, safety, and meaningful quality of life. I recently earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Temple University, further strengthening my understanding of human behavior, mental health, and evidence-based approaches to care. I combine clinical experience with empathy, strong communication skills, and a patient-first mindset to build trusting relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
