I have 3 grown up children who I startd early on learning the Alphabets and Numbers. I taught them the phonetics of English language so they learn to read earlier in age and taught them simple number identification and simple math operations. I worked as a Babysitter to a 18 month baby boy, to a newborn, and 3 and 4-year-old girls Re: 18 month baby boy, my job priority is safety, feed him breakfast, snack, lunch. Nap time at 1-2 p.m. Day activity includes: play with his Lego, puzzles, read books, arts and crafts as provided by his parents. Re: Newborn baby boy, job priority is his safety, feeding on schedule, diaper changing, singing him to sleep. As he got a little older, reading to him books. Re: 3-4 y. o. girl. Routine was set by parents on meals. playtime , arts and crafting, reading books, alphabets and phonetics number knowledge of simple math operation Light housekeeping was not required daily since the parent's priority is keeping the children safe.

Lea worked as a nanny for us for about two years. She started when our daughter turned 3 and also watched our son from birth until 6 months of age. I cannot recommend Lea highly enough, she is absolutely fantastic. I was very hesitant about having a nanny come to work in our home but Lea fit in with our household immediately, always finding ways to help our day run more smoothly. She helped with things I didn't even know I needed help with. She is professional, punctual and respectful. As our kids transition into daycare my husband and I are wondering how we are going to handle everything without Lea! Both our kids love her, even the little one smiles so brightly every time he sees her. She worked for us during one of the scariest and most stressful times of our life and her calm, focused presence and impressive work ethic helped us through. She has extensive experience with adult caregiving as well and if we had a need for an adult caregiver we'd hire her for that role as well.
