About Lea

Hi families! I'm Lea, a kindhearted, patient, and nurturing caregiver with a Bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Development and have experience caring for children ranging from infants to pre-teens (0-11+ years old). I am currently a respite caregiver for an 8-year-old autistic child, where I provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment. In this role, I assist with daily routines, engage in sensory-friendly and educational activities, and use a calm, empathetic approach to meet individual behavioral and emotional needs. I am certified in CPR/AED (Adult, Child & Infant), First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid, ensuring your child's safety and well-being are always my top priority. I strive to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families, and I take pride in creating a warm, supportive space where children feel seen, safe, and encouraged to thrive.
