About Leanne

My journey with child care started quite young, I am the oldest of 3 so I grew up spending my summers babysitting my little brothers. Over the last decade I have had the joy of caring for a handful of kids in the winter park area. I have worked with kids from as young as 2 months old to teenagers. I focus on guiding kids away from screens as much as possible and enjoy coming up with activities to keep littles entertained and learning. I'd describe my personality as kind, thoughtful and aware. I'm looking for a job that allows me to support a family with their needs for care while getting to know and grow with their little ones. I started working with kids when I was 15, so it's been 15 years of child care experience. In my spare time, I like to be outside. Life is too short to spend the whole day inside. One thing you should know about me is I am a small business owner as well and teach yoga. My skills include patience, empathy and a calming attitude.
