As a full-time nanny, I've done my fair share of housekeeping that comes along and have found it to be very cathartic and relaxing to clean. It is a better way to make a little bit of extra money. I started just helping out friends and family when they needed for a few years ago. A lot of people don't like cleaning or don't have a lot of extra time to keep up with all the house chores. I sweep, mop, clean surfaces, kitchens/ dishes, vacuum, wipe windows, laundry, bathrooms, light organizing. Anything you need, really.

Leah is an exemplary human being. I've known her over a decade (we met in an educational capacity) and have observed with admiration as she has made her way in the world, investigating life, creating art, and building relationships with people from many backgrounds. Leah is ethical, dedicated, highly intelligent, inquisitive, kind, high-spirited, and dynamic. She is adventuresome and yet makes and keeps her commitments thoroughly. I would leave my beloved 6-year-old with her in a second--and would have done the same when he was 6 months. Leah would make a fabulous caregiver in any capacity, and the people who are lucky enough to spend time with her will want to spend more.
