Hello! My name is Leah and I am 34 years old and I have 22 years experience in child care. I have experience with newborns, toddlers, K-5 and preteens. While babysitting, I am used to and comfortable with cooking, bathing, diaper changing, housekeeping, transportation and usually anything else asked of me. I am someone who is well organized. I am also great at multitasking. I like to think of myself as someone who can have fun, but at the same time I am very aware and responsible. I also have the patience and kindness needed to watch younger children. I know how to disconnect from my phone when I am around children. I love kids, all ages, and personalities, and I love getting the chance to be that person who acts as a positive character in their life! I have my own car and do not smoke. We worked with Leah over the Christmas break and hired her for 2 weeks with long days and evenings. She was fantastic with the kids (4yrs and 18months) she kept their schedule really well and won them over with her kind but assertive style. She was always up to get in the pool to play, hit the beach or museum and was creative with games and activities due to our limited toys at the vacation home. I would most certainly hire Leah again and would be happy to provide a reference.
