About Leah

I tutored biology, economics, statistics, research methods, political science, trigonometry and algebra as an undergraduate student for two and half years. As a university tutor, I tutored primarily other undergraduate students who were struggling in these areas. I was required to have an A in the courses I taught and to have received a recommendation from my professors. In addition, I have also personally tutored several individuals who have taken the SAT and the GRE in the math, written, and verbal sections of these standardized tests. Now that I have completed my masters degree, I want to continue tutoring part-time because I enjoy working with people on a one-on-one basis and seeing individuals grow academically and professionally. I currently work as a Budget Analyst and am very comfortable with math, logic, calculations and problem solving. I am also a great writer and enjoy editing for grammar and content. I have done very well academically and have a wide-range of experience and interests that I think will serve any level and any age.
