I have over 3 years of professional nannying experience as well my certification as a newborn care specialist with many, many hours hours under my belt! I am CPR, aed, first aid and BLS med certified with CNA training and I have clinical experience as a behavioral technician (ABA therapist). Along with these qualifications, I am water safety and sleep safety trained and certified as well as trauma informed. We had a good start with Leahness as a caregiver for our daughter, but then she ghosted us and never replied to repeated messages - which seems so out of character for her. Prior to this she was responsive and great with our daughter. So disappointing. This lack of communication is a big red flag for us, and we feel is important for other potential caregivers to know if considering her for any role here on Care.com.
