I'm a warm, grounded, emotionally intelligent caregiver who loves creating calm, organized, smoothly running environments for both children and families. Families often describe me as proactive, calming, and someone who "cares for the whole family, not just the children." My energy is a blend of camp counselor and child therapist - playful, engaging, and deeply attuned - and my core philosophy is that big feelings are okay; disrespect is not. I guide behavior through connection, clear boundaries, and consistency, while keeping things fun and relational. I have experience as a long-term nanny, household support provider, and pre-K teacher, and I'm especially comfortable with toddlers through early elementary. I'm seeking either a full-time role with one family or a couple of part-time roles, and I'm particularly interested in hybrid positions that combine childcare with house management or family assistant support.
