We've had a really great experience with Leah and would definitely, definitely recommend her to another family! She has watched our 5-month old daughter 4 times so far and is always excellent with communication and punctuality. She arrives early, is very engaged and loving toward our daughter and large dog, and sends me pictures of the activities she does with our baby during the day. She also leaves me a chart with details around feeding, naps, activities (like walks and playtime), and diaper changes while we're away. She gives excellent notice for times that she is unavailable (3 months!). She is a good problem-solver and I trust her to make good decisions as needed while we're gone. I also appreciate her direct but kind communication style- very professional! We're so grateful to have found Leah, she's a gift to our family!!
