About Leah

Hi! I'm Leah! I was born and raised in Littleton, moved to Fort Collins to earn my BS in human development and family studies at CSU, and moved back to Denver to get my doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy! I am a certified nursing assistant, have training as a behavioral therapist, and am passionate about early intervention. I've worked with school programs, nannied for private families, been a summer camp counselor/director, a mentor for at-risk children, an advocate for children with disabilities, and an early intervention Occupational Therapy intern! I enjoy creating enriching and engaging environments for children of all ages to help boost their social-emotional and physical development. I have a patient and cooperative approach, but also implement boundaries and structure. Some of my previous families would say I am an excellent bottle-washer, exquisite snack maker, memorable crafter, tidy cleaner, excellent joke-teller, and avid communicator!
