About Leah

Leah is an amazing nanny and partner in parenting! She took care of our first son from 6 months to 3 years old. We had a wonderful arrangement where she brought her son as well (nanny-mom) who was the same age. This was the best thing ever. Our son learned how to share while he was an only child and got a bestie for life. It was nice to have a fellow parent going through the same life phase and being able to swap tips / war stories back and forth. When we had a second child, she took care of him as an infant as well. She excelled at navigating life with 2 toddlers and 1 infant, providing each of them attention, activities, and learning that was age appropriate. She is a great driver with a clean car. Leah consistently provided a structured routine, with out-of-the-home activity every day, even when it was cold / raining. Her background in education really shows. She is very patient and kind with kids, and holds boundaries firmly. She stays emotionally regulated through their big feelings, and takes advantage of teaching moments. Leah is a lovely person all around. We wish we could have stayed with her, but personal life events got in the way. Both of our kids love her and are happy to see her to this day, and look forward to every visit with her family. Her next family will be extraordinarily lucky!
